Disk Related Problems

Question: Product will not run or install on my pc.

Answer: The product may have a missing component if so please contact us and we will send you a replacement.

Question: My pc does not detect the installation or product.

Answer: Check your drive is installed and that the disk is in the drive or if it is software that it is saved on your pc if the problem still occurs contact us for a replacement.

Question: The program is installed but doesnt seem to work.

Answer: Uninstall the program an reinstal it if the problem still occurs contact us fo a replacement.

Question: When i run the program a message saying "Disk cannot be read appears".

Answer: The disk may be warped or scratched if you have left the disk in a warm enviroment for too long or handled it wrongly then you must return it within 7 days of purchase.

Question: The program says it is cannot run on my Operating System.

Answer: Insert the disk and find the EXE file which contains the setup right click it and go to properties and select comatibility then tick the Operating System that you are using (Programs will not run on any other operating system except Windows).
